The International Breathwork Foundation

The International Breathwork Foundation ("IBF") is a worldwide network of professionals or persons inspired and interested en Breathwork and global Consciousness. People are joining IBF from various cultures, various traditions and practices of conscious breathing. Everybody is welcome to join the global network of IBF.

The breathwork practice, with all its richness and diversity is constantly evolving. To share and communicate these changes are important, and was the main reason for organizing the first Global Inspiration Conference ("GIC") in Sweden in 1994. Since then, the GIC takes place annually, as a way to connect professionals and people interest with breathwork and personal growth worldwide.

Why would IBF be for you?

The IBF is formed by members of more than 20 countries from various continents. It is an organisation opened to any person interested in activities related to breathing, consciousness, healing and evolution, using Conscious Breathing as a way of personal and spiritual growth. Whatever is your interest, from spiritual to scientific information, breathing is vital and is a key in all the practices involved in your search for inspiration, happiness and wellbeing.

With a unique spirit of mutual inspiration, collaboration and exchange, the activities of IBF have generated links between people from different cultures and with varieties of ideas, creating a big family where reigns friendship, love and support in each other's path personal and/or professional.
